Patrick

The Ebisu Sessions

One of the things that I miss the most about Tokyo was the ability to walk ten feet, anywhere in the city, and find a music practice studio.

I can't remember how I knew Patrick. He could have come from one of the Dungeons and Dragons groups I played with, or he might have been an English teacher. Chances are he was both. We managed to coordinate a jam session only once, in the basement of a little place in Ebisu, and these tracks were one-offs. He played guitar, I provided the drums and vocals. It's a shame this project never got off the ground; I was liking the sounds we were making.
